1. Food preparation only
Nitrous oxide products sold by FryOilSaver are intended solely for legitimate culinary food preparation using compatible whipped-cream dispensers. They are not sold or supplied for inhalation, intoxication, recreational use or any other non-food purpose.

DO NOT INHALE NITROUS OXIDE. Intentional misuse can cause severe injury, permanent neurological harm, loss of consciousness, asphyxiation or death. Keep these products out of the reach of children.
2. FryOilSaver 21+ sales policy
As a company policy, FryOilSaver will sell and deliver nitrous oxide products only to persons who are 21 years of age or older. Customers may be required to complete third-party identity and age verification before an order is accepted or payment is captured. FryOilSaver may also require age verification or an adult signature at delivery.
A self-entered date of birth or checkbox does not replace any identity or age-verification step required by FryOilSaver. If age cannot be verified, the order will not be accepted or will be cancelled and refunded under the applicable payment and cancellation process.
3. Mandatory customer certification
Before payment, the customer must actively select an unticked certification stating:
“I certify that I am at least 21 years old, that I am purchasing this product solely for legitimate culinary food preparation, and that I will not inhale it, permit its inhalation, resell it, or supply it for misuse. I understand that identity and age verification and an adult signature may be required.”
4. Prohibited purchases and conduct
Customers must not purchase, possess, use, transfer, resell or supply a nitrous oxide product from FryOilSaver:
- for inhalation, intoxication, recreational consumption or any non-food purpose;
- for use by, delivery to or transfer to a person under 21;
- for resale or redistribution without FryOilSaver’s prior written approval and all required licenses, controls and safeguards;
- using false identity, age, address, business or intended-use information;
- through multiple accounts, addresses, names or payment methods to avoid order or quantity controls; or
- in violation of applicable federal, state or local law.
5. Quantity and repeat-order limits
Unless FryOilSaver has separately approved a verified commercial food-service account, purchases are limited to no more than 24 individual 8g chargers in any rolling 30-day period. FryOilSaver may aggregate orders associated with the same customer, household, delivery address, account, telephone number, email address or payment method.
Larger or repeated orders may be held and may require business verification, confirmation of culinary use, additional documentation and manual approval. FryOilSaver may apply lower limits where required by law, carrier requirements, risk indicators or internal safety controls.
6. Destination restrictions and right to cancel
FryOilSaver ships nitrous oxide products only where sale, shipment and delivery are legally permitted and operationally supported. Website availability does not guarantee that an order can be accepted for a particular destination.
FryOilSaver may refuse, hold or cancel an order based on destination, age-verification failure, quantity, repeat-order activity, suspected misuse, carrier restrictions, incomplete information, legal requirements or other safety concerns. Where an order is cancelled before fulfillment, the customer will receive the applicable refund.
7. Delivery controls
The verified purchaser must provide accurate delivery information and must not direct delivery to a minor or unauthorized person. Adult-signature or delivery-verification requirements may apply. Failed verification or delivery may result in return, cancellation, additional carrier charges or refusal of future orders.
8. Safe handling, storage and use
- Read and retain all charger and dispenser labels, warnings and instructions.
- Use only with a compatible dispenser specifically designed for standard 8g whipped-cream chargers.
- Follow the dispenser manufacturer’s instructions. Do not force a charger into a holder or device.
- Do not puncture, crush, modify, tamper with, refill, incinerate or deliberately release a charger.
- Contents are under pressure. Protect from sunlight and heat and do not store above 120°F (49°C).
- Keep away from flames, ignition sources, combustible materials, oil and grease.
- Use only in an adequately ventilated area. Do not breathe released gas.
- Keep unused chargers secured and out of the reach of children.
- Dispose of completely empty chargers under applicable local requirements. Never place a charged or damaged cartridge in ordinary recycling.
9. Health warning and emergency response
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration advises consumers not to inhale nitrous oxide from any size canister, tank or charger. Inhalation or misuse can cause serious adverse effects, including oxygen deprivation, frostbite, loss of consciousness, neurological injury and death.

If exposure, misuse or injury is suspected, stop using the product, move away from the source if safe, and obtain prompt medical assistance. Call emergency services for a medical emergency. Preserve the product label and Safety Data Sheet for medical personnel.
10. Order monitoring and information use
FryOilSaver may review and use order, account, identity-verification, delivery, device, address and payment-related information to enforce this policy, prevent misuse, comply with law, manage safety risk and investigate attempted circumvention. Personal information will be handled under FryOilSaver’s Privacy Policy and the applicable verification provider’s notices.
11. Changes and contact
FryOilSaver may revise this policy as laws, carrier rules, supplier instructions and safety information change. Customers are responsible for reviewing the version in effect when an order is placed. Questions about product documentation or permitted culinary use should be directed through the contact information published on FryOilSaver.com.
