This convenient combo set includes the Chef-Master 90254 professional griddle scraper, replacement blade, and a griddle scrubbing pad with handle. The Chef Master Griddle Cleaning Kit comes with a premium grade griddle scraper designed to scrape food and grease build-up from the tops of griddles. The included replacement blade will fit the Chef Master scrapers with model number 90002, 90018, 90254 and 90020 but will fit most other professional griddle scrapers in the industry. The heavy-duty scrubber is also a must-have when cleaning flat-top grills.
