Quaternary Ammonium Sanitizer Solution Test Strips for Restaurants
QAC test strips by FryOilSaver Company determine quaternary ammonium compound levels for hyamine and Steramine type chlorinated amine disinfectant solutions to determine current cleaning strength. These strips easily measure concentrations from to 0 – 400ppm, providing immediate and accurate readings. Federal, state, and local heath regulations require that restaurants and bars have appropriate QUAT / QAC solution test kits to verify the strength of their sanitizing solutions.

Directions for use:
- Dip the test strip into the quaternary ammonia compound solution for 1-2 seconds
- Remove and immediately compare the test strip to the color chart within 10 seconds
- For accurate results, the test solution should be between 65 and 75 degrees fahrenheit
- Do not test foam
